Independent chain type magazine features greater flexibility of tool loading. Standard tool loading capacity is 60 tools. Other tool numbers are available upon request.
Instead of conventional counter-balancing, the Y-axis employs
nitrogen gas counter-balance
design to eliminate play problems. German flexible couplers are
employed on 3 axes to eliminate transmission error.
The spindle is driven by a powerful 15/18.5 Kw motor for great cutting power. Entire spindle is of modular design, providing various speeds and horsepower for choice to meet different machining requirements. Specially designed tool release fully prevents damage to the spindle bearings during tool changing
